WILL MY ORDER BE DELAYED?

As outlined in the latest covid operations guideline, please be advised that our warehouse is operating based on allowed capacity. A shipping delay may happen especially during peak shopping or promo period. Rest assured we are trying our best to process your orders. For West Malaysia customers, orders will be estimated delivered within 14 working days, whereas East Malaysia customers can expect to receive orders within 21 working days. Will returns be extended?

Walk in returns has resumed. Consumers may conduct product returns in mint condition within 45 days of the purchase date.


To ensure the safety of our employees as well as consumers, only fully vaccinated customers are allowed in-store (after 14-days for Pfizer, AZ, Sinovac, and after 28 days for J&J and CanSino). Please present your MySejahtera as proof.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE REFUND FOR MY CANCELLED/RETURNED ORDER?

For orders that were placed successfully with credit card but were cancelled, refund will be processed back to your bank as soon as we cancelled your order, hence please check with your bank if you have not received your refund.


For orders that requested to return for refund, refund can only be processed when:

  1. We received your returned item and inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy
  2. We received your bank details with correct bank information (COD orders)
